Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your registered email address. You will receive a verification code to reset your password.
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You can also email privacy@medicoapp.ai to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We apply safeguards modeled on the HIPAA Security Rule: traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS, and files, recordings and database backups are encrypted at rest. Your on-device copy is protected by your phone's own passcode and biometric lock rather than by separate Medico encryption, so we recommend keeping both enabled. We never sell your data. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full picture, including the limits we have not yet closed.
Yes. You can be added as a caregiver to manage a family member's health profile. The patient controls what data you can access through granular permissions. You can also manage multiple dependent profiles from a single account.
Both. Tap the + button in the centre of the tab bar and choose Record/Note. You can record the conversation and have it transcribed, or type a note and attach photos, PDFs, Word or text files — useful for discharge instructions and after-visit summaries. Everything appears together under Settings → Recordings/Notes. Medico asks you to acknowledge that you are recording before it starts; recording laws vary by state and country. Our interaction alerts are based on established pharmaceutical databases (RxNorm, FDA). While comprehensive, no database covers all possible interactions. Always confirm with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
Yes. Medico stores your medication schedules, health records, and care plans locally on your device. You can view and log medications offline. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
